 With over 20 years of experience leading and supporting complex organizations, I bring a systems-driven approach to organizational development. My background includes managing multi-site initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels, and building execution systems that align strategy, people, and operations. 

 I partner with small to mid-sized organizations (5–200 employees) and executive leaders who are ready to strengthen execution, improve alignment, and sustain results.
